CHANGING PARTIES

I was  traveling down the road the other day south of Benton, Mississippi
when a tire blew  out.  Checking my spare, I found that it
too was flat.  My  only option was to flag down a passing
motorist and get a ride to the  next town.


The first vehicle to  stop was an old man in a van.  He
yelled out the window, "Need a  lift?"

"Yes, I sure do," I  replied.

"You a Republican or Democrat," asked the  old
man.

"Republican," I  replied.

"Well, you can just go to Hell," yelled the  old
man as he sped  off.

Another guy stopped, rolled down the  window, and asked me
the same  question.

Again, I gave the same answer,  "Republican."

The driver gave me the finger  and drove off.

I thought it over and decided that  maybe I should change my
strategy, since this area seemed to be overly  political and
there appeared to be few Republicans.

The next car to stop was a red  convertible driven by a
beautiful  blonde.

She smiled seductively and asked if  I was a Republican or
Democrat.

"Democrat!", I  shouted.

"Hop in!" replied the  blonde.

Driving down the road, I  couldn't help but stare at the
gorgeous woman in the seat next to me, the  wind blowing
through her hair, perfect breasts, and a short skirt  that
continued to ride higher and higher up her  thighs.

Finally, I yelled, "Please stop the  car."

She immediately slammed on the brakes and as soon as  the
car stopped, I jumped out.
"What's the matter?", she asked.
"I  can't take it anymore," I replied.
"I've only been a Democrat for  five minutes and
already I want to screw  somebody."

Dear Mrs. Feinstein,

 

All due respect, I wonder if you realize how your response to me and others in your letter dated February 26, 2009 regarding Barry Sotoero’s question of eligibility to be president makes you look in my and the eyes of the many thousands who have contacted you regarding this egregious situation? There is nothing more dangerous to America’s national security today than the possibility of a usurper in office.  You have had a long and glorious career.  Maybe you see yourself at the end of the career and just don’t care anymore.

 

Your persistence in ignoring these facts and avoidance of dealing with these issues is cause for voters to lose confidence in your ability to do your job in the best interest of your constituents.  The questions we are asking regarding why you choose to persist in sending us that foolish response . . .  ‘The State of Hawaii issues Certificates of Live births. . .Barack Obama released a copy of his certificate to the public. . .” are valid.  Are you so out of touch with the facts that surround the certificate of Live Birth Obama published on his web site?  Are you oblivious there is more than just the birth certificate question that challenges Obama’s eligibility to be President? Is the only item that matters is a Democrat is president regardless if Obama may be a usurper? Is it okay with you, Congress, Senate, the President and the nine dishonorable Supreme Court Injustices are raping, violating, and rendering the United States of America’s most sacred document—The Constitution—obsolete?

 

 Do you understand or recognize that passing laws and bills which violate the Constitution invalidates the existing government and creates TYRANNY?  Without the US Constitution American citizens no longer have a sacred umbrella of protection of their rights. As it stands today Obama, Congress, the Senate, and the Supreme are totally lawless.  They are writing laws as they feel like it with total disregard to the Constitution.  You, Senator Feinstein took an oath as well as everyone in government to uphold and protect the Constitution.  It makes no difference if it has become the trend or fashion for politicians to capriciously pass laws in conflict with the Constitution. If they clearly, deliberately choose to ignore and avoid dealing with the question of Obama’s proof of his right to be president, they too become part of a criminal process of aiding and abetting a usurper. If you go along with the others because you think it is in the best interest of your career, you have violated your oath and breached your duty to your voters. All the others in Washington are doing who are ignoring the constitution are also violating their oath.  No matter how long it takes—one day each and every one you them will be held accountable in a court of law for failing to honor their oath upon taking office.

 

Please be aware and let all the other politicians in Washington hiding their heads in the sand like ostriches that not only will this issue about Obama’s birth certificate not go away, it is gathering momentum. There are several hundred web sites on the inter net with several thousand bloggers and several million visitors daily focused upon this one issue.  There are still several law suits in various courts demanding Obama produce his records.  The swell of Americans who want to Obama to release his legal documents is growing by the millions (305 million). The public isn’t accepting that insulting forged certificate of live birth Obama published on the web site.  The stronger the resistance and the greater the avoidance by our elected officials and judges the more suspicious and investigative the public is becoming.  The greater harm this government is doing to itself in maintaining public trust and support. The public wants Obama to produce all his documents. The public wants to know why Obama has spent nearly a million dollars in legal fees fighting the over 100 lawsuits demanding he produce documents to prove he qualifies to be president.  This is a scandalous and disgraceful cover up in which the entire government are participants.  How much grief and easier it would be for our elected officials to simply stop covering their own behinds and bring this out in the open.  If you are right it will put an end to this major controversy.  If the public is right, than Obama must be removed from office.

 

I produce a weekly talk radio program that focuses on this topic.  I also have a web site and write articles and letters which I post on over 15 web sites I don’t know how many sites pick me up and post on their sites.  This letter will be posted on several web sites so as to let people see their representatives in action.  There are “Hall of Shame” web sites that list the names, responses, and actions of every Senator and Congressperson who has been contacted by his/her voters and responded in similar dismissive and naïve manner as you have to me and the many others have written to you.  Pisper shame!

 

I am sending you via e-mail the entire Polarik presentation of proof that the certificate of live birth published by Obama on his web site is a forgery.  So please—there is no excuse for you to ever send a letter to another person referring to that COLB as proof  Obama is eligible. Since I am sending you this entire document, posting and e-mailing copies of this letter every where I can on the inter net, there will no longer be an excuse you didn’t know. Please don’t claim that Mr. Polarik’s work is a lie or is not valid. It is valid.  You now know that Obama’s COLB is a lie.

 

I also want to state that a certificate of live birth from Hawaii is not a vault copy of a real birth certificate and no proof Obama was born in Hawaii.  The issue regarding Obama’s eligibility issue has to do with the fact that Obama’s father was a British subject and not an American citizen. This raises the issue of dual citizenship which is clearly in conflict the three qualifications to be president as stated in the Constitution. The final major question is the fact that Obama was adopted by LoLo Sotoero when he was approximately two years old and became a citizen of Indonesia. There is no evidence any where that Obama ever reinstated his American citizenship. There are many valid reasons why the American people need to know the true facts about Obama’s citizenship.

The Pressure Is Bubbling

 

What irritates me most is the conspiracy of silence and avoidance by MSM, Congress, Senate, and the 9 dishonorable Supremes.  The more they are asked, the deeper their silence.  Do these numbskulls think they are fooling us? Are they so jaded they think, the public can not see through them as clearly as scotch tape?  They seem to be playing a waiting game of who can hold out the longest.  Do they think if they remain silent long enough people will eventually grown tired and stop asking for Obama's credentials?  Do they think if people stop asking it will absolve them of their guilt?  They will never have to be accountable for breach of duty?

 

Their persistent silence and avoidance is having just the opposite effect upon me.  Prior to this issue, I never thought about the possibility of the numerous breaches of duty and suspicious involvements our elected officials might be or have been willing to participate.  Their flagrant behavior in their loud and arrogant refusal to challenge Obama's proof of eligibility has led me to become suspicious and investigative in their integrity of their entire careers. If they seem to have no sense of accountability or responsibility in this single most important issue to the national security of America and the greatest Constitutional crisis in American history, than I must ask in what other ways have these elected officials betrayed their trust of the American voter?

 

The pressure in America regarding this single issue is building like the boiling lava within a soon to explode volcano.  One way or another; sooner or later Obama will have to face America and reveal all the documents he has so lavishly spent trying to avoid to do so.  Regardless of what they reveal, there will be another and greater demand of accountability to the American people--the entire government that knowing and willingly aided and abetted Obama in hiding his records.  If --as most Americans have come to suspect-- they prove Obama is not even an American citizen let alone a natural born citizen--then the guilt of all who so actively participated in the many ways they did will be all the more guilty. There will be a  greater accountability and demand for them--at best-- to at resign forever from their careers and --at worst--spend the rest of their lives behind bars. The demand will be so loud it will be heard throughout the entire universe.

 

Strength in numbers and the belief they cannot be replaced will be no safeguard for these vile conspirators.  They know they are guilty the first time they failed to do their duty to challenge Obama's credentials and thus betray their own country.  Not one--I repeat, not one Senator, Congress person, or judge who dismissed the law suits asking the courts to demand Obama's records deserve to remain in his seat.  Each and every one are guilty of many crimes among which are treason. Among these traitors and treasoners are msm journalists who chose to insult America with bashing Sarah Palin instead of reporting the challenge of Obama's eligibility.  What a difference in America it would have made if only--if only msm had reported the facts prior to the election.  They, too, should serve time in jail.

 

Have you ever wondered how these jaded servants of the public sleep?  How do they face themselves in the mirror every day before they go to work--spending another day practicing betrayal of America and breach of their fiduciary duties?  They have got to feel the growing public pressure in their life like a bubbling volcano.  Sooner or later one of these silent thugs is going to realize this issue is going to explode.  Which side of the fence does he/she wants to find himself?  If I were one of the silence is golden gang in office today, I would be very concerned about the future of my career.  The longer they remain silent the worse it is going to become for them.

Those Judges Are Guilty

 

A movie called Judgment at Nuremberg was produced and released in 1961. It was the true story of four German judges tried in 1948 for war crimes three years after the most important Nazi leaders had already been tried.  These judges used their offices to conduct Nazi sterilization and cleansing policies.  Since the cold war was heating no one wanted anymore trials as Germany and allied governments wanted to forget the past.

 

Spencer Tracy played the retired American Judge, Dan Harwood who went to Germany to do the job.  Burt Lancaster played Judge Ernest Janning, the one judge out of the four for whom the German attorney Hans Rolfe, (played by Maximillion Schell) most passionately defended as the “good judge” who by his sentencing did the least harm. The real life Judge Ernest Janning’s name was Schlegelberger. The story details the trial, the testimony from many victims, and the soul searching struggle of Judge Dan Harwood to reach a fair and objective decision—especially about Judge Hans Rolfe.  Finally Judge Harwood renders his decision by finding all the judges equally guilty.  Attorney Hans Rolfe, Judge Janning, and several other members of the court are shocked into a state of disbelief.  Hans Rolfe had so beautifully pointed out what a benevolent and fair man Judge Ernest Janning was.

 

The almost last scene shows Judge Harwood walking through the holding cell where the judges were detained.  The American judge stops at the cell of the German judge who basically said nothing through out the whole trial and gives him a long look. Finally, Judge Janning says in a shocked whisper; “Why?  Judge Harwood answers him in the wise old voice of Spencer Tracy;

“You knew you were guilty the first time you sentenced an innocent man.”

 

 

 

“In its decision, the Justice trial tribunal considered what it called Schlegelberger's "hesitant injustices."  The tribunal concluded that Schlegelberger "loathed the evil that he did" and that his real love was for the "life of the intellect, the work of the scholar."  In the end he resigned because "the cruelties of the system were too much for him."  Despite its obvious sympathy with Schlegelberger's plight, the tribunal found him guilty.  It pointed out that the decision of a man of his stature to remain in office lent credibilty to the Nazi regime.  Moreover, Schegelberger signed his name to orders that, in the tribunal's judgment, constituted crimes.  One case described in the decision involved the prosecution in 1941 of a Jew (Luftgas) accused of "hoarding eggs."  Schlegelberger gave Luftgas a two-and-a-half-year sentence, but then Hitler indicated that he wanted the convicted man executed.  Although Schlegelberger may well have protested, he signed his name to the order that led to the execution of Luftgas.  Another case cited by the tribunal concerned a remission-of-sentence order signed by Schlegelberger.  Scheleberger explained in his decision that the sentence imposed against a police officer who was convicted of beating a Jewish milking hand would have been bad for the morale of officers. “

One day every judge in United States who threw out a case against Obama asking him to produce his birth certificate and other documents based upon “Lack of standing” or any other technicality instead of merit, will be found guilty, too.  They will be found guilty of breach of duty, failure to uphold their oath to protect and defend the Constitution, and maybe even conspiracy with the defendant, and possibly taking a bribe.  Every judge who had the opportunity to do one simple request—order Obama to produce the documents that proves he is eligible by the requirements of the US Constitution to be a legal president—and failed to do so unwittingly became a traitor and a coconspirator with a usurper in the Whitehouse.  This includes the nine traitors in the Supreme Court who literally had a clandestine meeting with Obama, a plaintiff in several pending lawsuits in the Supreme Court.

 

Every one of these judges who failed to do the right thing when asked in his/her court is responsible the existing National Security and Constitutional crisis which now exists in America. A simple court order could have prevented the anguish and grief so many concerned citizens now suffer because of this question. Each and every judge knew he/she were guilty when they dismissed the case instead of making the simple order.  They should no longer be permitted to serve as judges.  Their names along with the case numbers and their actions should be posted on the inter net hall of shame and they should be sanctioned for crimes against America.

 

“Richard A. Posner, federal court of appeals judge and one of the most astute observers of the legal scene, noted that it is not only German judges that might over-identify with popular causes.  In The New Republic, Posner wrote:

Perhaps in the fullness of time the growing of marijuana plants, the "manipulation" of financial markets, the bribery of foreign government officials, the facilitating of the suicide by the terminally ill, and the violation of arcane regulations governing the financing of political campaigns will come to be no more appropriate objects of criminal punishment  than "dishonoring the race."  Perhaps not; but [the story of the German judges] can in any event help us to see that judges should not be eager enlisters in popular movements of the day, or allow themselves to become so immersed in a professional culture that they are oblivious to the human consequences of their decisions."

 

Unless Obama succeeds in his blue print to convert the Presidency into a dictatorship and totally turn America into an enslaved country, he will be legally removed from office along with a whole crowd of others.  All will be indicted and tried for conspiracy, perjury, acts of treason, and more.  It won’t make a difference if only ten people or ten thousand people conspired to harm America in the name of a 2008 Presidential election—all those who played major roles and knowingly supported Obama in spite of the fact he is not a “natural born citizen” will be found guilty and held accountable according to law.  We will return America to a Republic under rule of law.  WE will make certain these people will be held accountable for the crimes against America. We will not allow America to turn into another Nazi Germany.  Every one who knew Obama did not qualify and ignored the Constitution is guilty. It is only a matter of time.

Obama Politicians Proved Their Moral Turpitude

 

We lived in a poor run down and rough neighborhood in Detroit when I was going to grade school.  My family seemed to be the poorest of them all.  My father was cruel and abusive to me and my mother.  Life was very hard and terrifying for me then.  School and reading were all I had to hang on.  The stories I learned and read about another life of people with outstanding character and vision are all that kept me going.  These were the people who made the world a better place because of the finest within them.  I knew one day I would find the finest within me.

 

Some of the highlights of my childhood experiences were discovering the finest within humanity through the attendance of wonderful concerts of classical music, ballet, and art museums.  I could take abuse at home for months after one visit to an art museum.  Best of all were the stories of George Washington. Remember why he cut down the cherry tree? Thomas Jefferson, Ben Franklin, Abe Lincoln, Patrick Henry, Alexander Hamilton and many others who contributed to the greatness of the American Republic all gave me the courage to aspire to develop the finest within me. 

 

Though I never reached any place of public significance in my life, I always respected and admired those who did climb to a place of major public trust and influence.  My belief was they could never have attained their powerful positions with out outstanding good character and the manifestation of the finest within themselves.  In my naïve way, I trusted our elected officials and our government as I am certain most Americans who voted for them did also.

 

Oh yes, I wasn’t quite so naïve as to be unaware of crooked politicians and dirty dealing.  The scandals were plastered in MSM.  The bad guys were caught, exposed and made accountable.  Life went on.  They were the exception and not the rule—so I thought. It was my mistaken idealistic belief that 95% of our elected politicians were courageous, patriotic, honorable, loyal to their sworn oaths and fiduciary duty to the public, and above all well educated and learned regarding the Constitution, American & world history, and believed in acting for the highest good of the country above their own political gains.  It took me over fifty years to discover how wrong I was.  It took the 2008 election to awaken me to reality like a pitcher of ice water thrown over me while in a deep sleep.  Maybe most Americans are more sophisticated than I am and already knew and accepted what I finally learned, but not dumb optimistic me.  That is why when I finally discovered the whole reality of what happened to America during my fifty years of sleeping, I went into a traumatic shock from which I have still not recovered.

 

Nancy Pelosi, Hilliary & Bill Clinton, Harry Reid, Obama and the Democrats gleefully shout; “We won!  Now you have to do it our way.”  If these knuckleheads realized what their statement and their so called win revealed about their inner characters they might not be so willing to shout; “We won!” Everything about this Democratic win is a monument to the bad characters of those who participated in supporting Obama.   Obama’s win reveals the foulest within these people.

 

This so called win of the Democrats is the most shameful and heinous win in America’s political history.  It was a win upon a slippery slope of BLATANT CHEATING. The dregs of humanity (Obama’s campaign managers, friends and funders) orchestrated this win by a show of willingness to commit criminal conspiracies, lies, cheating, rape of our Constitution, voter fraud, harm to others, and riddled with disgrace of every kind.  This past election revealed to the whole world how thoroughly the Democrats lust for power corrupted them.  These bottom of the barrel slimy characters have proven themselves to be so totally lacking in moral turpitude by their actions in this election, they were willing to commit any crime and violate any sacred law or American tradition to reach power.  They willingly did commit crimes at the price of their own personal decency and integrity. They willingly announced to the world their lack of moral turpitude. Now anyone can get what he wants from them by “making them an offer they can’t refuse.”

 

The Democrats and many Republicans totally under estimated American intelligence.  They thought Americans either wouldn’t notice their crimes, not care or simply forget them. In their shameful win, the Democrats and many Republicans continue to commit crimes and violate the US constitution and work towards the destruction of the American Republic.

 

Any one of the items listed below would be enough to make a person of decency and integrity sick with guilt from a troubled conscious. It appears not one of the items listed below bothers Obama or the Obama camp. Obama’s campaign advisors, any workers, and any elected politicians who were aware of these items and continued to support him should be worried one day they will have to be made accountable for what they did to America in trade for thirty pieces of silver. The whole world is thoroughly aware of all the items mentioned below:

 

1. Obama stole the delegate votes from Hilliary Clinton who should have been the Democratic Nominee to run. (Moral turpitude, ruthlessness)

 

2. Obama was never properly vetted to prove he met the three eligibility qualifications to be president.  When the ridicules Democrats realized they had a potential winner in Obama, they were so corrupt they didn’t even bother to properly check him out.  When they finally realized this was a serious issue, they simply conspired to shove the issue into a closet and conspired with MSM to suppress the story. Nancy Pelosi is the defendant of some law suits accusing her of committing perjury by signing that Obama was qualified to be president. (moral turpitude, betrayal, criminal & Constitutional violation)

 

3. Obama made clandestine deals with Hillary to get her to support him instead of oppose him (which Hilliary should have done.) Obviously Mrs. Clinton chose career over country. (moral turpitude, betrayal)

 

4. Obama violated the election rules and accepted millions of dollars of foreign money to finance his campaign.  Not one Democrat seemed to have a problem with that—as long as he won. (moral turpitude & lawlessness)

 

5. Obama has a long and exclusive list of nefarious characters with whom he was and is associated—most who belong in jail--Some who are in jail and others who are going to jail.  Obama made the real estate deal of the year through some of those suspicious characters. That also didn’t bother one single Democrat whose actions proved that obtaining power was more important that protecting the American People. (moral turpitude & lawlessness)

 

6. Obama went to Europe when he was campaigning and tried to supersede Bush’s powers by attempting to make a deal with the government of Iraq to stall the withdrawing of American troops until after he was elected.  It is treason for any politician but the president to make deals with foreign governments on behalf of America.  That was soon suppressed and forgotten.  That also didn’t seem to bother one Democrat as long as Obama could become president. (moral turpitude, lawlessness, treason)

 

7. Then the big attack on America came in the form of a Cloward-Piven sabotage of a falsely created economic crisis in America.  How convenient for Obama that came just at the time he needed it most to turn the American voter away from McCain to Obama.  Not one Democrat seemed to care about the major harm this caused America and the world. (moral turpitude, lawlessness, & intent to harm America)

 

8. When Obama was challenged in the judicial system to produce his birth certificate and other records to prove his presidential eligibility, he paid a small fortune to attorneys to buy off judges to dismiss cases on technicalities at the price of our NATIONAL SECURITY.  Now America is in the greatest Constitutional and National Security Crisis in her history.  Did the Democrats care as long as they could steal power? (moral turpitude, lawlessness, recalcitrance, treason, intent to harm America)

 

9. Obama had the gall to pull a cheap shot and produce a forged document calling it his proof he qualifies.  What is worse are the number of Senators and Congress people who have actually conspired with this forgery to claim Obama is qualified.   These idiots refused to challenge Obama on January 8, 2009 when the electoral votes were counted because they “were afraid they would be laughed out of their careers.”  Isn’t it comforting to the trusting American people to know the people they elected to office to work for them placed their careers above our country and our rights. (moral turpitude, disloyalty, breach of duty, ignorance of the Constitution, and conspiracy)

 

10. Let us not forget Acorn (about to receive 5.2 billion dollars from Obama’s stinkulus plan) that has been indicted in 15 states for voter fraud.  These cases—to the best of my knowledge—are still in the courts today.  Another issue Democrats seems to have no concern or embarrassment over. (moral turpitude, conspiracy, lawlessness)

 

11. When his opponents posted ads Obama didn’t like he tried to get the DOJ to have them removed.  (moral turpitude)

 

12. Remember. America is still the greatest country in the world and even the poor have a better life standard than many in other 3^rd world countries. Obama through exaggeration and convolution of the truth belittled, berated, and hurt America to persuade the gullible that America is such a terrible country it needed change.  His change. Obama perjurers himself by taking the oath of Presidency with Justice Treasonor Roberts.  Now there is an imposter and usurper in the Whitehouse aided and abetted by the Supreme Court. 14.  Obama created a false image of himself when in went to Germany where he gave free beer and a great rock&roll band to attract a crowd to make it look like the Germans came to see him.  There were also other issues about Obama’s visit between him and the German Chancellor.  (moral turpitude, conspiracy, lawlessness)

 

Now the Democrats are in a great big rush to continue passing laws, bills, directives, plans, and orders to obtain total dictatorial control before Americans actually take them out of office for breach of the US Constitution.  What on earth makes these gangsters in congress think we the people are going to continue turning the cheek in the face of all the slaps the American people have received this past year?  What makes these knuckleheads think they are fooling us?  Everyday and in everyway, we the people are growing more knowledgeable, stronger, and more determined than ever to take back our country and return it the Republic under rule of law  of the Constitution it was designed to be. THE NATIONAL CATASTOPHE IS ALREADY HERE---A USURPER IN THE WHITEHOUSE

 

Starting out as a young business woman several years ago, I was taught there is never a deal so good that can’t be walked away from if it has to be done right away.  Obama’s attempt to rush down America’s already sore throats the “stinkulus plan” should be the brightest of all the red flags about this plan.  Obama claims if it is not passed there will be a “national catastrophe”.  The NATIONAL CATASTROPHE IS THE STINKULUS PLAN.  THE NATIONAL CATASTROPHE IS THE USURPER IN THE WHITEHOUSE.  OUR ONLY FOCUS SHOULD BE TO REMOVE HIM.

 

Now Pelosi, the Queen of Hearts in Nancy in Washington Land and her side kick Reid are claiming they have come to a deal.  A deal that no one yet knows the details or when or if they every will know the details.  Just sign on the dotted line and we will all be forever happy.  Now doesn’t this smack of another Barry Sotoero flim/flam?  Never mind troubling your selves with my birth certificate and other required documents—just take my word for it!

Please know this: You have up lifted and inspired thousands maybe millions of people by the work you have done in challenging Obama’s eligibility in the Supreme Court. Because of your efforts many sleeping Americans have awakened and taken up the cause. The ripple effect you have created may return to you in the most glorious ways because you have done so much good. You can not imagine how many and deeply people love you.

I couldn’t agree more with you about the loss of justice in our system. The advice you give the military is so wise. However, I do hope the military will pursue their own legal agenda and perhaps choose–in a legal way–to challenge Obama.

I truly believe that the Supreme Court will hear some of the Obama challenge cases as a matter of formality or show to say to the public we heard them. However, I believe the Supreme Court will merely invent legal language to claim that Obama does meet the requirements to be eligible to be President. That will be that final official blow to our precious Constitution. As far as I am concerned we are already a government of tyranny.

I for one, will continue the fight to find America once again. All I have is my life, my thoughts, and my voice. So I write on the blogs and broadcast my weekly Sunday night program. I know only a handful of people hear my program. However, I feel, like Philip Berg the 300,000,000 Americans are worth fighting for. Maybe the handful of people who hear me, may pass the torch to another handful of patriots.

Mr. Donofrio, follow your wonderful talents and visions. I, too, used to be artist. No matter what you do, I believe the world will benefit from you. You are one of few truly blessed souls who give so much by pursuit of your own talents and abilities. Know you may change your mind and occasionally return to inpsire, guide and educate us as you have done to date. We will always be in need of your profound knowledge.

Last night’s broadcast was fantastic! There were lot’s listener participation, passionate discussion, and superior information shared. A couple of “obots” called trying to invalidate we patriots who have the naivete to still believe in the Constitution and a government by rule of law!

The “obots” usually complaint was;
“Tough luck. Get over it. Obama is our President. So live with it.”

Oh Yea! That’s what you think. I shouted so I could be heard in the universe!

“Listen hear, Obot. OBAMA IS NOT THE PRESIDENT. HE IS A USURPER! HE IS A FRAUD. HE IS AN IMPOSTER. IT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE TO ME THAT A CORRUPT CONGRESS, SUPREME COURT, SENATE AND JUDGES ARE CHOOSING TO DENY, IGNORE, OR CONVOLUTE THE FACT THAT OBAMA DOES NOT QUALIFY TO BE PRESIDENT UNDER THE ARTICLES OF THE CONSTITUION. HE IS STILL NOT THE PRESIDENT!

WHATEVER HE DOES IS ILLEGAL. AS LONG AS THIS IMPOSTER REMAINS IN THE WHITEHOUSE AMERICA IS IN CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER. AMERICAN NO LONGER HAS A LEGAL GOVERNMENT. Madness.  It’s as if Americans have fallen down the rabbit hole and are in Alice in Wonderland.  Everything is upside down.  Nothing is what it seems.  Rules are made up and discarded at the whim of the Queen of Hearts? We’re late, we’re late!  No time to say hello/goodbye, we’re late, we’re late, we’re late. 

 

This is the condition of America the usurper and the Supreme Court has placed us.  Now Obama’s next lethal blow against America is his “stinkulus plan.”  Instead of recognizing that A is A, we are as confused as Alice.  We are saying call your Congress, your Senate, MSM and tell them “No on the Stinkulus plan.”  What is wrong with this picture?

 

Maybe we are focusing on the wrong issue?  We all agree the “Stinkulus Plan” is wrong, wrong, and more wrong.  But acknowledging it through our Senators or whomever is validating the Usurper as president with the right to pass such a stinking plan.  If Obama is the Usurper we all agree he is, then according to Dr. Vieira, everything he does as a usurper is illegal.  Therefore, shouldn’t be screaming at Congress, Senate, the Military, and whomever else’s attention we can get—“Obama is a Usurper.  Therefore he can play “President all he wants”.  However what ever he does is ILLEGAL.  UNENFORCEABLE AND WILL BE NULL AND VOID WHEN—NOT IF—OBAMA, THE USURPER IS DEPOSED AS THE CRIMINAL USURPER HE IS. OBAMA NEEDS TO BE IN JAIL!

 

Isn’t this what we should be ranting and raving about?  Isn’t this what we should be marching and protesting with great big signs that shout this to the idiots who are not challenging this awful man?

 

We should not even acknowledge anything that criminal does is legal.  We should be writing bolder letters now that we know the Supreme Court sold us up a creek without a paddle.  We should be figuring out how to get grand juries active and be bringing everyone in the Supreme Court, Congress, and the Senate, Pelosi, Reid, Clintons, and every Judge who dismissed the lawsuits against the Usurper to trial.  We should be letting them know that is our full intentions to do so.  Do you think they might hear us just a little clearer if we do this?  Maybe we can climb out of Alice’s rabbit hole.

Also, the candidate must be at least thirty-five years of age and have resided in the United States for at least fourteen years.

 

President Obama meets these constitutional requirements. He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, on August 4, 1961. According to the Fourteenth Amendment, all persons born in the United States are considered citizens of the United States. Under these criteria, President Obama, a 47-year old U.S. citizen, who has resided in the United States for longer than fourteen years, is eligible to be President.

Suggested letter we send to all involved with putting Barry in Office!

Here is something we can do to awaken our elected officials. Why not start a letter campaign to all those listed after “dear”. The following letter is somewhat crude but sends the message. You are welcome to use it and improve upon it. It is only a suggestion as to what to do. I think if our elected officials started receiving hundreds of these types of letters with copies of the documents enclosed, and let them know copies of this letter will be sent all over the world, they might start paying attention to us. Let’s put them on the spot. The last thing a cockroach wants is to be in the light.


Dear (Senator, Congressman, Electoral College voter, Any one of the TV News stations, Foreign News letters, Generals of all the Military Branches, and major new papers, Judges, & Supreme Court, and any one who needs to know this)

Dear  Senator Feinstein,

 

Are you, too, part of this deliberate denial about Barry Sotoero who is not even a legal alien?   Enclosed is Dr. Orly Taitz' bried filed in the Supreme court a couple of week ago. Yes the Supreme court dismissed the suit on technicality and not merit.  Why do you think you can deny what millions already know and maintain your credibility. Your silly little letter to me is an insult to me and your voters.  You can be certain you lost my vote and all the people who listen to me on my talk radio program.

 

America is in the greatest national security and Constitutional crisis in her history. Barry Sotoero is a Usurper based upon the fact he doesn’t qualify under the Constitutional definition of “Natural Born Citizen”. There is very good probability he may not even a citizen of United States. This information is not a surprise to you, and some might even find it tiresome because of all the letters you have received from us citizens, to which you turned a deaf ear and supported Barry Sotoero into the Whitehouse.

To this day Barry Sotoero has not provided one document to establish his legal eligibility to serve as our Commander & Chief. Over 26 law suits regarding this question were filed in various states in America only to be dismissed on technicalities and not on merit. WE The People Foundation published two full page ads asking Sotoero for his valid birth certificate and advising the voters in the electoral college to refrain from voting for him until he first proves he meets the three Constitutional requirements. They were advised that voting for a man who was not legally vetted is tantamount to treason among other violations. 365 electoral voters did so in spite of that advice. Do they think they are not accountable for their treasonous actions?

Thousands of concerned citizens wrote letters to their Congressman, Senators, the Supreme Court Judges, and whomever. The few response some citizens got were letters of denial claiming Barry Sotoero is qualified. Most simply remained silent, ignored the people and did as they pleased. You had a chance to challenge Barry Sotoero’s qualifications on January 8, 2009 when Congress counted the electoral votes. NOT ONE CONGRESS MAN OR SENATOR STOOD UP TO ASK BARRY TO PROVIDE HIS DOCUMENTS—NOT ONE OF YOU!

In the face of all the information, the few facts attorneys were able to collect, and Barry Sotoero’s preference to spend over $800,000 on attorneys’ fees instead of producing the required documents to prove his eligibility, beyond a shadow of a doubt our elected officials failed us, and betrayed America. A criminal and corporate attorney can better list the crimes but my list is good enough to let you know we intend to make you accountable for these crimes: failure to keep your oath to uphold, defend, and protect the Constitution of the United States, breach of fiduciary duty to your constituents, conspiracy to commit a crime by knowingly voting a usurper in the Whitehouse . All of these actions and “lack of actions-- refusing to investigate the issue when brought to your attention, and looking the other way when you knew this was an issue has turned you into traitors and men who willingly and knowingly committed treason. Do you think because there are so many of you and you are so powerful, you will not have to be accountable for what you participated in doing to America?

Check this out. We the people may have been sleeping while you mastered your art of deception but we are wide awake now. We the people fully understand the depths of crime our elected officials have gone to betray America. We plan to take back America beginning with terminating you from your positions before they expire. WE want you to resign now as you are malfeasant and a clear and present danger to America. If you fail to resign, we will take these crimes out of the closet and we the people will publish your names and the crimes you committed after them anywhere and every where we can—billboards, newspapers, radio, video, you tube, television, local magazines, an so on, and on, and on. We will send all our information to all foreign countries where their press isn’t as censored as ours.

WE the people, will bring as many law suits against you for breach or duty, and failure to perform on behalf of the people. You may get out of them, but not before you are held accountable. It will be a bitter and public fight with treason and traitor attached to your names.

WE will become part of the GRAND JURY to investigate your actions regarding your involvement in aiding and abetting the installation of a usurper in the Whitehouse. The Grand Jury will investigate this and any other matter in your history and determine all criminal acts. We will have you arrested and stand trial for any and all your criminal acts. By the time we’re through with you, there will be no Senate, Congressional or judicial seats to return to. You will one day be too ashamed to be seen in public because every decent honest citizen who voted for you betrayed will avoid speaking to you.

You know who you are and what you have done. We know who you are and what you have done. So, please take a stand. Either stand with us and challenge this Usurper, or become part of the group of traitors who still lies claiming Barry Sotoero qualified.

Constitutional Crisis Permitted by the Supreme Court

 

The holy of holiest nine guardians of the Constitution knew last summer. They had it in their power to prevent this hideous “CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS” staring America and the world right smack in the face. Officially they knew with Philip Berg’s case filed August 21, 2008.  Time was of an essence.  They could have and should have prevented what America is now facing.  They had it in their power to postpone or stop the election until America was assured the man who would win conformed with the three requirements of the Constitution. It was their sworn duty to do so.  This wasn’t about Obama.  It was about upholding and protecting the US Constitution.

 

These nine sacred pillars of justice looked the other way.  They turned their backs on America and hung it out to dry.  Knowing “time is of an essence”, they took their good old time to respond.  Then at the 11^th hour they denied motions of injunctions to stop or at least post pone various stages of the election until the candidates were proven to meet the only three Constitutional requirements to serve as President of the United States.

 

After a period of “great silence” by the Supreme court,they simply fooled around and made denials without comment. They are so arrogant they didn’t even think they owed America an explanation.  The public who loved and wholeheartedly believed in the nine great protectors, were confused and shocked. Eventually we began awakening. It was unbelievable to think with America’s national security at stake, these guys wouldn’t make the issue of a potential presidents “natural born citizen” rule a first priority.

 

More suits followed Philip Berg’s suit.  Donofrio, Dr. Orly Taitrz filed excellent cases.  Some of these are still being knocked around in the Supreme Courts procedurals process. It isn’t hard to predict how these will be decided.  Except for some denials of some motions, the Supreme Court simply ignored that Time is of an essence.  Slowly the public began to ask what was wrong with this picture.

 

The greatest revelation as to the Supreme Court’s  thinking and attitude regarding the Obama suits was the secret meeting on January 14, 2009 Justice Sh*thead Roberts instigated with a defendant and his cohort in the many lawsuits before the court.  Imagine a judge sitting down to tea with a defendant in a case he must be making decisions upon?  Unheard of, and never to be done!  This was a real eye opener for me.  I was certain after that meeting, no justice on a white horse was going to appear to save America.

 

The last finale was Justice Sh*thead Robert’s swearing in Barry Sotoero—who never produced one document to prove is he is or is not qualified to be president. Before the whole world Justice Roberts violated his SACRED OATH and installed a USURPER INTO THE WHITHOUSE.  The minute he did that he became a traitor to the United States, a criminal, and committed treason.  Now the whole world knows what Justice Sh*thead Roberts conspired with an imposter to sell America to the highest bidder. Now Justice Roberts, and the other eight Justices must be charged with Treason, Conspiracy, Traitors and brought to trial.  This will not be tolerated. 

 

What more information does America need to know about the moral turpitude of the nine men of the Supreme Court?  Their actions have more than telegraphed to the world they have breached their fiduciary duties, broken the oath to uphold and protect the Constitution.  They flaunted their acts of Constitutional violations as if they were pearls of glory.  It doesn’t take a Steven Hawking to know it will be a waste of time and money to bring any more cases before the Supreme Court with hopes of justice being served. Justice doesn’t exist there.  So from hence forward look elsewhere to find justice.

 

Finally, the untouchable Supreme Holies need to be made accountable for the conspiracy to commit crimes against America.  At this stage, it makes no difference if they hear and rule on any of the Obama cases still before them. So what if they claim Obama is not qualified.  The damage already done by their manipulation, fooling around, and actually going so far as to swear this flim-flam man into the Whitehouse is in the billions of dollars, a compromised American security, the loss of the Constitutional rule and a major world wide loss of respect for America.  (It is one thing to hate America.  It is quite another to no longer respect America.)

 

These nine judges need to be terminated for breach of fiduciary duty, for failure to honor their oath, for conspiracy and treason against America, perjury, failure to do their job when asked by the public, placing America in the greatest crisis since 1776, and for knowingly installing a usurper into the Whitehouse.  The Constitutional Crisis America now faces could have been prevented had it not for the fact the Supreme Court was part of the conspiracy.  Now WE THE PEOPLE must take back our government.

US CONSTITUTION IS NOW DEFUNCT

Philip J. Berg request for a Writ of Certiorari was denied by the Supreme Court. Enter the new era of lawlessness.  May God help us.

We the people filed law suits, wrote articles, took out news paper ads, made videos, and wrote thousands and thousands of letters to our Congress, Senators, and the Supreme Court. It now seems like an exercise in futility.  The only value the public is getting out of having challenged Obama's legitimacy has been the forcing the Senate, Congress and the Supreme Court to expose their true criminal conspirator selves. They have failed to serve the public by keeping their oath to protect and uphold the Constitution of the United States. If action is the result of thought, then by the actions of  these elected , they exist only to serve themselves. Public be damned. If was a simple request to ask them to ask Obama to disclose legal documents to prove he is qualified. They have coldly ignored.  They failed because they have been part of a conspiracy to ignore the people and do as they please. There is no valid reason for them to refuse to demand Obama disclose his records and prove to the voters he does qualify to serve as president.  There is every reason on behalf of America’s national security to be certain Obama qualified under the US Constitution.

This government is so corrupt that if Obama went into the public streets and shot and killed ten people in plain site of dozens of witnesses.  The powers would say Obama is innocent because those people should not have been standing there where Obama--cleaning his gun--and accidentally shot them.  There fore all those who didn't die should be put on trial.

We are now a lawless country without any umbrella of protection since the Constitution is a defunct document of history.  This is now a country of power players and groups and laws will be interpreted to suit the purposes of those groups who have the most ammunition to intimidate another.  The American citizen now lives under their mercy instead of under legal rights protected by the Constitution.

This mess is greater than Obama who merely knew how corrupt the existing elected officials are used them to his own benefit.  This is the result of 40 + years of corrupted elected officials who need to relinquish their seats or be forced to resign  immediately.  WE the people must fire, terminate, and vote out the entire Congress, Senate , and Supreme Court for breach of fiduciary duty.

The Government Socked It To Us!

Here is the painful reality. Fitzgerald has been investigating Obama along with Blagojovitch from many long past months. Fitzgerald already knows Obama has already committed enough crimes to be arrested, stand trial, found guilty and sit in jail above and beyond failing to meet Consitutional requirements Section II part I. So does the American public, Obama”s key campaign advisors, the Clintons, Pelosi, and the entire gang of lawless conspirators who are responsible for installing a usurper into the Whitehouse. Obama’s many felony crimes are all so well known by so many, there is no doubt that Fitzgerald was ordered to keep his hands off Obama. In exchange for looking the other way, Fitzgerald was given Blagojevitch as one gives a dog a bone. Obama is simply above the law and untouchable.

There is no doubt in my mind after I heard Congress approve of Obama as President yesterday, that the best the Supreme Court will do is give time and attention to the Obama law suits, then find a convoluted way to claim Obama does meet the Constituional Requirements to be President in hopes of quashing this issue once and for all. America, its wonderful Constitution, and the will of the people be damned. WE now live in a lawless America.

Another words our government socked it to us.

All that remains is to continue beating a dead horse until either we are totally defeated by a government turned dictatorship or we have a revolution.

A government by the people, for the people is only fantasy and an old memory. “We the People” are now victims of tyranny oppression.
